Cindi helps women with a family history of Alzheimer’s boost their brain and gut health, increase their energy, and lose weight naturally. After watching her grandmother and both parents suffer from Alzheimer’s, she has made it her mission to help others prevent the disease before it starts. Through personalized and compassionate coaching, Cindi empowers women to overcome their health challenges, feel their best, and live vibrant, fulfilling lives. She’s a wife, dog mom and proud aunt to two wonderful boys and loves calling beautiful Meridian, Idaho, home.
My passion for this work grew from deeply personal experiences. After watching my grandmother struggle with Alzheimer’s; and witnessing the emotional toll it took on my mom as she cared for her.
Years later, I faced the same heartbreak as my mother developed Alzheimer’s. I stepped into both roles, daughter and caregiver, an honor that was also incredibly painful as I watched someone I loved slowly fade away. I also watched my Dad devote himself to caring for my Mom, a journey that ultimately contributed to his own decline. He passed not long after my Mom, after battling Lewy Body Dementia.
The pain of losing my loved ones and the fear of facing the same future myself sparked a powerful purpose within me. Not only am I determined to change my own health path, but I'm passionate about helping others do the same. Today, I guide women with a family history of Alzheimer’s to take control of their well-being by boosting their brain and gut health, increasing their energy, and losing weight naturally so they can truly thrive.
